How to install

1. Mac: open PortForwarder-mac.dmg from the download page, drag Port Forwarder to Applications and open it. The app is signed and notarized by Apple.
2. Windows: download PortForwarder-win-setup.exe and run it. If SmartScreen appears, click More info and then Run anyway.
3. Make sure kubectl works in a terminal (kubectl get pods). No kubectl yet? On a Mac run brew install kubectl, on Windows run winget install -e --id Kubernetes.kubectl.
