Q1: Can I use the images for commercial work?
No. The downloaded offline images are only for your personal purpose, non-commercial use. The imagery belongs to its providers (Google, Maxar, Airbus, Esri, Microsoft and others).

Q2: Do I need Google Earth installed?
No. EarthDL talks to the Google Earth servers by itself.

Q3: Do I need SketchUp installed?
Only to get the .skp file written directly (EarthDL uses SketchUpAPI.dll from your SketchUp installation). Without SketchUp you still get the image, world file, KML, .rb script and .dae file.

Q4: Does it work with Blender?
Yes. Tick Blender and EarthDL writes a .blend file (textured mesh in meters, origin at the image center, X east, Y north, texture packed) when Blender is installed; it finds blender.exe automatically. Without Blender on that computer you still get a .glb and a Python script to import in Blender. The latitude and longitude are saved as custom properties, since Blender has no built-in geo-location. Tested with Blender 5.2.

Q5: Is there a command line version?
Yes, earthdl-cli.exe is in the zip. Example: earthdl-cli download -bbox 106.825,-6.178,106.829,-6.174 -zoom 18 -source earth -name monas -blender

Q6: Is there a trial version?
Not at the moment. Look at the screenshots and the How to use page, and email us if you have a question before buying.

Q7: How do I pay?
With PayPal (USD, PayPal balance or credit/debit card), or with Midtrans (IDR: QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, bank virtual account). Go to the Buy page.

Q8: When do I get the software?
Right after the payment is confirmed. The downloads appear on your account page and a receipt is emailed to you. Bank virtual account payments are confirmed as soon as the bank reports them, usually within a minute.

Q9: Why do I have to sign in inside the program?
The program checks that your account has bought it. Sign in once with the email and password of your binersoft.com account. It keeps working offline for 7 days after the last check.

Q10: Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, sign in with your account on each computer you use. You can see and sign out the computers on your account page.

Q11: Are future versions free?
Yes. The license is for lifetime and all future upgrades are free. Download the newest version from your account page.

Q12: I forgot my password.
Reset it on the forgot password page. A code is sent to your email.

Q13: Windows says the file is not commonly downloaded / SmartScreen warning.
The program is not code-signed yet. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway".
